Our writers draft customized messages and get them approved by you.
We have a selection of gifts that we have curated and hand selected.
These gifts are very affordable and not large or heavy to keep shipping costs down which ultimately saves you money.
For the typical gift campaign, we send gifts every 3-4 months for 3 years.
Our Process
All we need from you are a few simple items:

If we receive an incorrect shipping address and we do have to send the gift again to a corrected address, there will be an additional charge to send the extra gift

For each client who wants their return address on the package we need to create an additional space in our fulfillment center and separate user in the software that we use for the connection between e-commerce, CRM, and fulfillment tools.

Dr. Jeremy Weisz has been deeply immersed in direct mail and gifting since 2003 and has sent hundreds of thousands of direct mail pieces, including gifts and other direct mail packages.
Our team is very selective about which companies we work with because the work is very labor intensive so we have limited capacity.
Jeremy has been able to profile and build relationships with founders and CEOs of Mattel, Atari, Einstein Bagels, Nordstrom.com, Baby Einstein, P90X, Orlando Magic, Hint Water, RX Bar, Open Table, Three Twins, Lending Tree, Entrepreneurs Organization (EO), and many more on his Inspired Insider podcast.
He had a background in Biochemistry from University of Wisconsin Madison and has run his own chiropractic & massage facility in downtown Chicago. He is also founder of a nutritional supplement business.He has been through extensive training on copywriting and direct response marketing and has sent millions of emails and direct messages designed to get a customer response.
Terms & Conditions
Please read these “Terms of Service” before using InspiredInsider services ("us", "we", or "our").
Your use of InspiredInsider’s Services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all owners, employees, and others who use or benefit from InspiredInsider’s Service.
Acceptance
By using InspiredInsider’s Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not use the Service. By purchasing or using the Program, Client agrees to these Terms. Electronic acceptance is binding. Invalid provisions do not affect remaining terms. Surviving provisions remain in effect after termination.
Sole Agreement
The terms contained in this contract constitutes the sole agreement between InspiredInsider and Client. Any modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.
Payment Terms - One-Time Service
Time Service Where InspiredInsider is providing a one-time service or sponsorship, InspiredInsider shall charge client one time. Fees are due before work begins.
Payment Terms - Ongoing Service
Where InspiredInsider is providing an ongoing service, all services are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or InspiredInsider cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal by cancelling your recurring payment.
A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide accurate and complete billing information and valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize InspiredInsider to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments. Recurring services bill in advance and renew until cancelled.
Annual Recipient Commitment
Each Recipient added to the Campaign is billed for a complete annual Gift Cycle.
Shipping
Delivery dates are estimates. Carrier delays are outside InspiredInsider's control.
Once carrier tracking shows delivery to the supplied address, InspiredInsider's delivery obligation is complete. InspiredInsider is not responsible for theft, porch piracy, weather exposure, or loss after delivery.
Connecting to 3rd Party Software Services
Our Service may utilize third party software services that are not owned or controlled by InspiredInsider, including but not limited to LinkedIn, GHL, Asana, Slack and others (the “third party software services”).
InspiredInsider has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, terms of use, or practices of these third party software services. You further acknowledge and agree that InspiredInsider shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through Rise25’s services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.
Release & Liability Waiver
Client, its heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns do hereby release and hold harmless InspiredInsider and its subsidiaries, principals, directors, employees, agents, heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns and any of its owners, executives, agents, or staff of and from all actions, claims, or suits arising from this Agreement.
InspiredInsider shall in no event be held liable to any party for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental or other consequential damages arising directly or indirectly from InspiredInsider services. InspiredInsider assume no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear. All disputes arising under or concerning this Agreement are to be submitted to binding arbitration, in Northbrook, IL.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless InspiredInsider and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password, or b) a breach of these Terms. Client agrees to indemnify InspiredInsider against third-party claims arising from Client instructions, materials, or misuse.
Force Majeure
InspiredInsider is not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
InspiredInsider will not be liable for a delay, interruption, nonperformance, substitution, or increased cost caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, including:
Natural disaster,Fire,Flood,Severe weather,Epidemic or pandemic,Terrorism,Civil disturbance,Labor shortage,Strike,Carrier interruption,Supply-chain disruption,Product shortage.
InspiredInsider may extend schedules, substitute products, relocate fulfillment, use an alternative provider, or temporarily suspend Services in response to such an event.
Client’s payment obligations for costs already incurred are not excused by a force majeure event.
Authorization to Act on Behalf of Client
Client authorizes InspiredInsider and its agents to act and communicate on its behalf.
Privacy Policy
Please refer to our Privacy Policy on our website. You agree that they constitute part of these terms. You can read our Privacy Policy before you use InspiredInsider’s Service.
Expiration of Services
Because InspiredInsider incurs labor and fulfillment costs to perform its Gifting Program services, you agree to launch your Gifting Program within 6 months of executing this agreement. If the Gifting Program is not launched within that timeframe, InspiredInsider reserves the right to require restarting the onboarding process, which may include paying a new setup fee.
Refund Policy
Because InspiredInsider incurs hard costs to fulfill its responsibilities to each client by hiring and training staff, purchasing equipment and software, and because InspiredInsider incurs costs preparing to perform and immediately after a new client signs up for its services, InspiredInsider's fees are nonrefundable. But there is one exception. We will refund the InspiredInsider fees to clients in a situation if a client was charged multiple times in error.
Setup fees, annual campaign fees, customized products, inventory, fulfillment, shipping, postage, and work already performed are non-refundable except duplicate billing errors. Client agrees to contact InspiredInsider before initiating any payment dispute. Valid chargebacks do not eliminate payment obligations.
Incorrect Addresses
Client is responsible for accurate recipient information. Any reshipment due to incorrect or outdated information supplied by Client will be billed to Client, including replacement product, shipping, postage, and fulfillment costs.
